Who is responsible?

Veladuno Beauty is operated by Costaru Marius Constantin, an individual / sole trader in Romania, who is the controller for this website’s analytics. Contact support@veladuno.com for privacy requests. Operator contact details are also in the service privacy policy.

Your choice comes first

We use optional Google Analytics 4 only with your consent to understand how visitors find and use this website. No Google Analytics script, analytics cookie or analytics request is activated before you accept. Rejecting does not restrict the website. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our website integration.

What is measured?

After consent, Google receives page views, visits and session information, browser/device information, approximate location derived from connection information, referring website origins, approved campaign labels, and clicks on trial and interactive-demo buttons. Google necessarily receives your IP address when handling network requests. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, salon records or form contents. We strip URL queries and fragments from the page location sent to Analytics, and send only predefined campaign labels. We do not use a logged-in user ID, advertising pixels, session replay or cross-domain linking to the salon application.

A click on “Start Free Trial” is measured as a click, not as a completed signup, trial or payment. Reports exclude visitors who refuse analytics, block it or cannot save consent, and therefore are not a complete visitor census.

Storage and duration

Google Analytics has separate server-side retention controls. User/event-level retention is set to the minimum available period of two months; aggregated standard reports may be retained longer. Withdrawal stops future collection but does not automatically erase data already processed.

Google, hosting and international processing

Google processes analytics information under its applicable Analytics data-processing terms. Processing may take place outside the UK/EEA, including in the United States. Google’s terms describe the applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, adequacy frameworks. Our hosting provider Vercel also processes connection information needed to serve and secure this website; this is separate from optional analytics.

Change or withdraw your choice

Use “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of any marketing page, then select “Reject analytics” or turn analytics off and save. We disable collection, remove this site’s Analytics cookies and reload the page to remove the loaded Google tag. Your choice applies to this browser and website, not other devices or third-party destinations. You may also clear site data in your browser. We will request a new choice if the purposes change.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data and exercise other applicable data-protection rights. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact support@veladuno.com; please do not send passwords. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local supervisory authority, including Romania’s ANSPDCP.
